Enterprise Fellowship Extended for Dr Alex Lyness

Dr Alex Lyness has recently been awarded a further £51.5k funding for his Enterprise Fellowship in Delivery Devices for Cell Therapies. The funding – awarded from the EPSRC Impact Acceleration Account – was the result of a successful pitch to the Enterprise Projects Group at Loughborough University. The EPG panel was impressed with the progress that had been made by the midway stage of his 12-month fellowship. The money will allow Alex to extend his fellowship by 4 months, protect the IP that has been generated at the University and also maintain a working relationship developing an intradermal delivery device with the Cell Therapy Catapult, London.
